Well-being Destiny & Hope Oasis
My name is Michèlè, and I work within the NHS, supporting clients with their emotional well-being. Inspired by my personal rainbow jar, I embarked on a project to devise a positivity jar with the aim of infusing creativity into their self-care journey.
Motivated by this, I wanted to introduce the concept of a Little Jar of Hope—an Eco-friendly, tangible reminder of the invaluable tools for resilience and well-being.
My ethos revolves around "Know Yourself and make the Best of What You Already Have"

Mission Statement
The Little Jar of Hope Workshop is dedicated to spreading hope, inspiration, and resilience by empowering individuals to create personalised jars filled with positive affirmations, uplifting messages, and meaningful tokens to guide them through their day.
My mission is to foster a sense of inner strength and emotional well-being through the act of crafting and sharing these jars, enabling individuals to find solace during challenging times and connect with a supportive community.
I aim to instil a belief in the power of hope and the capacity for individuals to overcome adversity, one jar at a time. Through my workshops, outreach programs and product, I strive to promote mental health, encourage self-care practices, and spark a positive ripple effect that spreads hope and encouragement throughout our society.
The Well-being
Little Jar of Hope Workshop
Offering a collective hands-on experience where participants can create their very own Hope Jar.
Inspired by my Eco-friendly sustainable approach, we use recycled glass jars as the base for this creative endeavour.
During the workshop, you will be guided through the process of transforming a simple glass jar into a personalised vessel of hope and positivity. This activity allows you to tap into your creativity and express your unique style while also promoting environmental sustainability.
